An ancient rock carving that could change our history

Ancient carvings, etched into stones and cave walls across the globe, continue to baffle researchers and captivate the imagination. These enigmatic creations, often dating back millennia, depict intricate scenes, symbols, and figures that elude easy interpretation.

In their study published in the scientific journal Indian Journal of History of Science, researchers explained their theory that a rock carving found in the Kashmir region of the Himalayas seems to represents a supernova, the final explosion of a dying star.

Archaeologists discovered the engraved drawing almost half a century ago at the Burzahama site in Kashmir, where the oldest settlement dates back to around 4300 BC. The drawing shows two hunters, a bull, and in the sky, two radiating disks. The latter were previously thought to represent two suns.

At the time of the discovery, many immediately raised their eyebrows and various theories emerged about how the creators of the carving could have witnessed such an astronomical process thousands of years ago. Some believe that the 6000-year-old diagram could be clear evidence of ancient extraterrestrial presence because such a precise and detailed, logically accurate depiction could not have been made without advanced technology to observe this phenomenon.

Is it possible that one of the ultimate pieces of information about the origin of humanity may be hidden in the ancient rock carving? If true, the 6000-year-old diagram could have an impact on the entire history. If it turns out that what is depicted is genuine and can be interpreted as such, everything will change.

However, skeptics argue that the entire phenomenon could have been observable from Earth because dying stars could shine brightly in the sky for thousands of years, giving ancient peoples enough time to observe it.

Proponents of paleoastronautics, however, argue that if this were the case, this celestial event and its imprint would have been incorporated into the cultures and creations of many other cultures, but this cannot be found in other similar archaeological findings from around the world.

Whatever the answer, the circumstances of the creation of the carving and the technology used to observe it remain unanswered for now.

As archaeologists and historians unravel the secrets of these ancient carvings, a veil of intrigue persists, inviting us to delve into the mysteries of our enigmatic past.
